Pastor George T. Brown Jr. was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey to Geraldine Knox and
George T. Brown Sr. He lived most of his life in New Jersey and now currently resides in the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida with his lovely wife of over eighteen years, Angela F. Brown and the blessing from the Lord, eight beautiful children; Thomas, Ishene, Brandon, Laquail, Marcel, Karone, Simeon, and Hannah.
Pastor Brown successfully completed his Bachelors of Arts with a major in Social Services at Almeda University in 2004. He will be pursuing his Master’s in Theology in the Year of 2011.
Pastor Brown’s spiritual roots began in 1989 when God called him to minister the gospel. In 1990 under the leadership of Dr. James Howell, the Dean of United Christian Institute located in Trenton, New Jersey. Pastor Brown was ordained as an Associate Pastor at Mount Calvary United Holy Church in New Jersey. He was blessed to minister in the areas of the Choir, Adult Sunday School Teacher, and the leader of the Youth Ministry. In 1998 Pastor Brown and his family were called by God to plant there lives in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He became an active Associate Minister at Mount Nebo Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale under the tutelage of Pastor Moses E. Monroe Sr. In May 2004 God wrote the “Vision” upon Pastor Brown’s heart for Calvary Outreach Ministry, which is now Calvary Outreach Fellowship Center. The “Vision” is growing with approximately 400 members. In December of 2010 God open up a door for Calvary Outreach Fellowship Center under the leadership of Pastor Brown. Pastor Brown has talked about and prayed for a day care and a school to be part of his “Vision”, and with the proper resources it will come to pass. This “Vision” will reach the surrounding community through the church Food Ministry, Singles Ministry, Marriage Ministry, Men Ministry and the Youth Ministry.
